I learned my job at the Grand Hotel Schweizerhof Bern, in a refined setting where hotel guests were spoiled and great demands were placed on the kitchen. Throughout my career, I have always striven for absolute quality and uncompromising cooking standards. But I also attach great importance to classy, pleasant service and exquisite presentation, because you can only really enjoy a meal if the setting is perfect as well.
